Another DC Agency Scandal in the Making: The Department of Small and Local Business Development
$300,000 that was supposed to be spent on Brookland's commercial corridor languishes in a bank account. The money was allocated by the DC Council almost two years ago to pay for improvements to more than two dozen storefronts along 12th Street NE.
